What Could Have Caused Sharp Pain In The Lower Abdomen?

yesterday late afternoon I had a wine cooler then about an hour later I had a beer. after i had about a quarter of the beer i started to get sharp pains in the lower abdomen. I vomited and had the runs at the same time. I vomited hard. I still have the runs a little. i had to go about 4 times since this morning and i have blood in my stool. I get sharp pains in my lower abdomen about 4 times today.

I think it might be a case of possible gastrointestinal bleeding, and I think it's serious. To me should seek immediate specialist consultation (gastroenterologist). Please do not delay.
