What Could Have Caused Sudden Death In Sleep?

My sister died last month on the 4th of september, my nephews said their mum was breathing in her sleep at 10am and at 12pm she was not the paramedics could not revive her, the coroners found nothing wrong with her what could have caused this to happen she was only 35.

I am sorry to learn about your sisters' untimely death.

Well there are several possible reasons from which a person may die suddenly in sleep.

A massive heart attack (myocardial infarction) is one of the common causes. She might have suffered a massive heart attack, in which the blood supply to heart might have stopped resulting in her death.

Another possibility is a brain stroke (infarction or hemorrhage). There are high chances of these being the cause if your sister had hypertension.

Apart from this, there might be other rare causes as well.
