What Could Have Led To Increased SGPT And Bilirubin Level?

My height is 180cm, Weight is 85kg, where my SGPT was around 1100 and Belurubin to 8. My last SGPT check was112, Belurubin 1.3, my latest SGPT have increased to 300, Belurubin to normal. My doctor have asked to continue the medical course (live 52). Pls suggest how can I reduce SGPT to Normal, I used to drik my not in these days. i had smoking habit not now and am pure veg, also do not eat outside these days. I dont have bad medical history, also do like to workout at gym.

Thanks for asking.
Based on your clinical history and query, my opinion is as follows:
1. Elevated enzyme levels indicate liver injury.
2. Possible hepatitis leading to increased bilirubin
3. Continue the treatment and stay away from any hepatotoxic drugs including medications.
4. Do followup with enzymes, bilirubin and ultrasound abdomen
