What Could Have Resulted In Fever And Swelling Of Tongue?
my kids dad came to see them an he was complaining he didnt feel well an he was running a high fever an the next mornig he was feeling better but his tounge was swollen and it looked like he had about 3 cuts on his tounge could that be from some kind of drug he may be doing

hello thanks for the consult at hcm..swollen tongue could be due to drug allergy or angioedema,,since cuts are there on tongue,,it could be due to stroke if he has had which he is not aware then he might have bitten on the tongue,,,so ask him to consult a general physician asap for a check up and treatment...if his teeth margins are sharp ask his dentist to trim the sharp edges of the teeth,,hope it helps,,take care,,
