What Could Have Triggered Sudden Breathlessness And Loss Of Balance?

I fell in the shower the other day. i guess i had to much conditioner on my hair, but when i fell i lost my breath!! I COULDN T BREATH! and my leg started hurting and i got a big bump on the right thigh, very noticeable too. don t remember hitting anything? Now i got got this big ass bruise on the right side of my thigh! and it hurts too

While taking shower or pouring the water on naked body this may cause sudden hypotension, (Not very common phenomenon ) that could be the reason of your loss of balance other clinical condition may be there but that need to be examined, hope this information helps you, have good day.

Probable etiology could be rupture of cerebral aneurysm, resulting in dizziness blackout, leading to sudden loss of balance resulting in fall, tachycardia and shortness of breath and physical injury to the right thigh.
