What Could Heavy Knees With Fluids Suggest?

Hi, I been having problems with my knees. I want to know why sometimes they feel like they are feeling up with fluid and then my knees get real heavy and I also experience like something sharp is poking my knees, and they want to give out to some times.
I'm 28 years old and this been going on for six months.
