What Could Heavy Orange Discharge During Periods Followed By Light Bleeding Indicate?

My period was 5 days late n it s always regular i had all symptoms of pregnancy nausea back pain headache cramps etc finally 5 days late my period came it looked very weird like s bright orange then bright red for a few hrs then after about 6 hrs it was very dark n heavy 24 hrs later it s now very light can I b pregnant ?? I m usually every 25 days never late

It could be pregnancy or abnormal hormone change. If you want to know you can do a pregnancy test. If you have any abnormal vaginal bleeding you should a doctor.
