Your symptom (nausea) may be due to underlying acid reflux disease especially if your are feeling heartburn or metallic taste in the mouth in the morning. Avoid overeating, coffee and fat-rich food, no alcohol and try to quit smoking, If you are a smoker, you may take Nexium 20 mg once daily before breakfast for 2 to 4 weeks. If symptoms persist, visit a gastroenterologist or treating physician. Wish you good and sound health.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, D. Tayyab Malik
