prominent right level 11 lymph nodes noted measuring 2.8* 1.4 cm.this node is hypoechoic with slight increase in vascularity.Hilum is just seen.Another smaller node with hypoechoic appearance noted just superior to the larger node.Smaller nodes are seen along the jugular chain.
