What Could Increased Bloating With Suphuric Smell And Abdominal Cramps Indicate?

I am a 48yo menopausal woman. I am 5 9 200 lbs (very muscular & active). In the last week, without a change in diet, I have noticed an severe increase in not just flatulance, but with sulphuric smell as well as lower abdominal cramping and noise almost 24/7. I am concerned that this could be Diverticulitis. I had a recent abdominal CT scan for Urological issues. What are your thoughts/diagnosis as well as advice to proceed.

- Diverticulitis or diverticulosis
- Low physical activity
- Thyroid disturbances as hypothyroidism
- Insulin resistance
- Altered sugar homeostasis or hyperglycemia

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
