What Could Increased Heart Rate Be Along With Dizziness, black Out,nausea And Sweating Just After Smoking In A 17 Years Old Female?

Hello, I am a 17 year old female I weigh 114lbs. I have experienced this around ten times in the passed four years off and on; where I have an increase in heart rate, I become extremely dizzy. (Feel almost like I am intoxicated without drinking.) I feel very sick; I lose over 80% eyesight (three times I have completely blacked out.) I have trouble hearing (everything sounds very muffled.) I sweat like crazy, sometimes feel like I am going to vomit. The longest this lasted was around 15 minuets the shortest was 4 minuets. Every time this has happened laying down always helps. I do smoke cigarettes casually and have been smoking casually for two and a half years; seven out of ten times this happened right after smoking a cigarette. What is the problem? Why is this happening to me? Thanks.

Dear User,
Thanks for posting a query at healthcare magic.
From your description it appears hat you are suffering from syncope.
The other possibility is dissociative disorder and epilepsy.
You need to contact a physician with full details to ascertain cause of your syncope.
The association with smoking is just accidental in majority of cases.
Although smoking may be causing or not, it is better to quit smoking as risk of vascular disease is much more in smokers in compare to non smokers.

'Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help".
Thanks
