Presence of multiple nodules of variable sizes in right lobe of thyroid can be due multinodular goitre or thyroid adenoma.
The size of the thyroid gland is increased due to presence of multiple nodules.
An aspiration cytology or ultrasound guided aspiration cytology is required to know the nature of the lesion and thus plan treatment.
