What Could Inflamed Patches On Vaginal Skin Suggest?

Hi, i noticed about 2 weeks ago about an inch wide circular patch on my the skin on my vagina bone right above my vagina. its not inflamed or raised and it does not hurt. when i looked at it, it has dry skin on it and when i scratched the dry skin off of it it was just red circle. Im not sure what it is and i dont know if i should be worried or not.
