What Could Irregular Muscle Damage In EMG Test Suggest?

I just had an EMG test yesterday that showed an irregular pattern of muscle damage (three different muscles) from a fall on Sept.25th. I had surgery to repair the break in the Humerus bone at the shoulder area. I cannot raise my arm on my own yet. What type of time-line can I expect for a full recovery if that is even possible?
