What Could Irregular Periods, Vomiting, Lower Back Pain Indicate, Doctors Are Unsure?

I been recently in and out of the hospital lately for multiple diagnoses with the same symptoms : constant vomiting, extreme lower back pain, nausea, abdominal pain, sometimes a period that starts heavy but then changes texture. Doctors diagnosed me with UTI, then an abscess on my Fallopian tube, kidney stone, and finally ovarian cyst...but never knew why the pain continued. I am currently experiencing some of the beginning symptoms; nausea, lower back pain, strange texture in blood. I fear that my problem still persists and it might be a case unknown.

Hello,

Your symptoms are concerning for a recurrent episode of urogenital infection. Since you seem to have recurrent episodes inpatient treatment with parenteral antibiotics may be warranted depending on the severity.
So please follow up with your primary provider as soon as possible.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Lekshmi Rita Venugopal, General & Family Physician
