What Could It Be If A 19 Yr Old Is Experiencing Continuous Headache, Hot Flashes, Dizziness, Lightheadedness?

I am 19 years old. I have had a horrible pulsating headache for the past 2, almost 3 weeks now, its been non-stop from the time I wake up to the time I go to bed. At the same time Ive also started having hot flashes, dizziness and lightheadedness, occuring about 5 to 6 times a day. Its all been interferring with my daily routines. I have no idea whats going on.

Looking to age the age this seems functional disorders and the hysteric episode is likely, moral support and open dialog could help bringing the patient out of this condition, counseling would be more helpful if done by the professional, take care and have nice day.
