What Could It Be If A Red Line Is Seen On The Forearm?

I woke up this morning with a 5 inch red line on my right forearm. There seems to be a very tiny scratch mark in the center of the line. About half a centimeter in size. I ve marked with a pen the ends of the line to keep track of posible spreading. If it does not spread do I still have to see a doctor. I m not experiencing any other symptoms at the moment.

I am so sorry to hear about this line that you noticed. it is probably caused by trauma that you didn't pay attention to. There is no need to seek any further medical attention at this time unless something new comes up. I recommend that you monitor this as you rightly said but certain nothing would happen to necessitate any further medical intervention.
