What Could It Be If Am Experiencing Morning Diarrhoea, Bloating, Pain Around Hips, Heavily Bleeding With Tissue?
Hi! My age is 32, I have a normal 28-30 days cycle, sometimes delayed but will not exceed 2 days. I expect my period last Dec 18th, on 23rd am had a HPT first thing in the morning and its negative. Experience morning diarrhea 10 days before my expected period. had back pains and cramps, so i thought my period is coming. had a brownish discharge on 23rd up to 25th afternoon. Dec 25 8pm, had medium bleeding but with pain and felt very ill. Yesterday, 26th went to work, feeling bloated and not normal. After lunch the pain got worst, around my hip area, back pain, cramps and sharp pain up to now. Today 27th, feeling sick, body aches, and still bleeding heavily with a lot of "tissue" like dark red blood discharge. What could it be? Thanks in advance.

Your symptoms are suggestive of prostaglandin release and could be hormonal. The presence of thick discharge raises the suspicion of endometrial tissue shed in thickness and could be due to endometriosis or endometritis or due to a chemical abortion. Your symptoms point to that. To exclude/confirm pregnancy, you should get a blood test done. A trans-vaginal/pelvic sonogram should clarify the issue further. Please get a local exam by a specialist and see if you need a vaginal or pelvic antibiotic. Please maintain genital hygiene. Wish you good health.
