What Could It Be If Had A Growth Under The Tongue, Sore Jaw, Swollen Tongue, Glands Under Jaw Are Swollen, Sore?

I am 49 female and a smoker,I have a growth under my tongue, it is about 1cm wide and runs all the way on both sides . my law is very sore on the left side. My tongue is swollen . and all the glands under my jaw and down my neck are swollon and sore. I have to wait till the 19th sept to see a specilist. ENT.
