Was on pill but started spotting for almost a week on and off firstly was reddish then brownish liver texture. Kept getting back ache and abdominal pain with it. I decided to stop my pill and let my period start as was taking pill for a month and a half like i always do. Been on my period for 3 days it's really heavy never is since ive been on pill and have really bad back pain and abdominal pain again also had pregnancy test was negative. .. but still a lump of tissue dark reddish with white bits around it and red dots inside red bits came out while i was heavily bleeding. What could it be?

Hi. If you were on pills regularly then there should be no chances of pregnancy, but why for one and a half month.I think you must get one ultrasound done to see the cause. The description given by you seems to be abnormal uterine bleeding or incomplete abortion or molar pregnancy.
Thanks.
