What Could It Be If Had Burning, Painful Lumps On Both Sides Of The Groin And Pains Radiating To Leg?

i have a oval hard very tender lump in my groin on either size when i touch them its so painfull and feels like a burning sensation. its growing very large in the space of a week under the skin and is now sending pains down my leg and finding it hard to walk can you give me a littlw advice

From history it seems that you might be having enlarged painful lymph nodes in your groin.
It indicates you might be having some infection in surrounding area.
consult your doctor and get examined.
A course of antibiotic medicine will cure your problem.
