What Could It Be If Had Hard Pea Sized Lump At The Back Of The Neck Causing Lightheadedness, Sleeplessness?

I have a hard pea sized lump under my skin on the back of my neck, I ofter get very light headed when standing and I have been incredibly tired for weeks/months but unable to sleep more then a few hours a night. If you could offer any advise I would be grateful.

Hi,

I strongly advise to consult your physician as soon as possible to identify the right cause for appropriate treatment.

I also suggest to run further tests including:
- X-ray and Ct-scan of the neck
- physical examination by an ENT specialist
- Cardiac and doppler echo of the heart and blood vessels

Again, please continue following up with your physician for further evaluation and proper treatment in time.

All the best!
