What Could It Be If Havig Strong Heartbeats, Gasping For Breath And Panicking While Having This?

hello, i was at home and when i was listening to music i felt strong heart beating, and i feel something on my left hand, sometimes its harder to get some air, im a bit in panic when i felt like this, so i wanna ask is this is bad or no? and what is it?

Information provided by you is inadequate. Please undergo an cardiac evaluation which should include blood pressure check up, an E.C.G, cardiac stressl test and a physical examination. These are bare minimum requirements to rule out cardiac cause of your symptoms.
