What Could It Be If Having Bumps On Hands Which Pop, Leak Clear Fluid, Dries Like A Scab And Bleeds?

i have bumps on my hands that pop then leak clear fluid then drys the skin out like a scab and crack and bleed ive tried several lotions and ointments and nothing is working what could it be? I have no insurance so a doc visit is out of the question at the moment...

Thanks for the query.

You might have developed An endogenous eczema,

It is called as pompholyx.

You can apply a mild steroid like desonide.

Also take an anti histamine tablet like cetrizine.

This will give you some relief.

Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
