What Could It Be If Having Mild Chest Pain, Stomach Gurgling And Abdominal Discomfort?

Hello doctor. Recently my boyfriend has been complaining about a few odd symptoms. It started off with chest pain, mild not too severe. now he is complaining of constant stomach noises as well as some abdominal discomfort and sometimes a pain behind his belly button

HI. This can be due to intestinal infection. This gives pains and noises as you described. I think he needs to see a Doctor for clinical examination and a course of antibiotics. He will be fine with it.
