What Could It Be If Having Spotting After Intercourse And Pain During Intercourse?

Hi I am 31 years old. I have had 5 children all c sections. 1 miscarriage before the 5th kid. My youngest is 3. I have had some brown discharge in between my menstral cycle that my midwife says can only go away if I go on birth control. Lately I have been noticing that I may be spotting after intercourse and I ve already gone through my period. It does hurt a bit during intercourse. What could it be?

Hello,

Spotting, pain, and discharge could be due to the presence of vaginal infection. Vaginal swab and culture analysis is required at this point to come to a diagnosis. So please follow up with your ObGyn.

Hope I was able to help you
