What Could It Be If Having Tornado Siren Like Sound In Ears And Headache?

Hello, last night when I first went to bed my right ear seemed like it closed up and then had a hollow sound in it. Kind of like a tornado siren how it gets louder and fades away. I just experienced the same thing. What is this? I also have a headache in my forehead.

hello,
The abnormal sound could be because of the negative pressure in the middle part of ear which occur because of the non working of the eustachian tube which is a pressure equalisation tube behind the nose and which connects to the middle part of the ear .
There could be fluid collection because of the negative pressure and so the sound , there can also be blockage in the ear .
you need to take decongestants and anti histaminic medication . you should consult your ENT specialist and take medicines
