What Could It Be If Having White Bumps Outside The Anus Which Oozes Pus When Popped?

I noticed some white bumps around the outside of my anus. They don't itch and are painless. I thought they might be pimples and when I popped them hard white stuff came out. This is the second time that I've noticed these so they seem to keep coming back. Are these just pimples or something more? Can anyone tell me if I need to see a doctor about this?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this could be a sebaceous cyst in most of the cases this does not hurt, and remained at certain size if this goes on increasing then may requires excision (If and only if this is sebaceous cyst) I think it is better to get it examine when it goes on increasing in size and causing any pain or discomfort, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
