What Could It Be If Having White Stuff Under Penis, Peeling In Foreskin After Having Intercourse?

Hi on wednesday me and my.girlfriend had unprotected sex twice the first tome she put lube on.my penis and after that it started to hurt but thought nothing of it the next day my penis was red raw on the shaft and a lump delevloped which is.painful and hurts to wee I applied ibprohen cream and it help abit but today the skin on.my.foreskin started.peeling and clumbs.of white stuff was.under.my penis shaft any ideas what this could be?

Your problem should be fungal infection. I usually advise clotrimazole or miconazole ointment for local application for my patients. i give cetirizine for reducing irritation also. Its better to show a dermatologist and confirm.
