What Could It Be If The Hard, Small, Green Nodule On Lip Has Returned Back After It Was Removed Through A Surgery Previously?

I am a 50 yr old white female, I had a plastic surgeon remove several cysts from my face, one being a hard green small nodule, at my left mouth corner, deep in tissue, about seven years ago. After feeling pain if I touched a utensil to that side as in fork etc, I just noticed green lump is back only it has regrown into upper lip, I can feel it if I touch along the top of inside of lip and see it as well

Hi,

You seem to have melanocytic nevus. It is a mole containing melanocytic cells excessively. It is a benign condition. Your plastic surgeon removed it in past. But, I think the few remnants might be left which might lead relapse of nevus. You consult again either dermatologist or surgeon. He may remove it by electro cautery under local anaesthesia. I hope you got my answer.
