What Could It Be If The Heart Was Racing And Little Painful After Having A Bad Dream?

Hi, last night I had a dream,it wasnt a bad dream but after the dream was over,while I was still asleep I heard nothing but my heartbeat very loud in my head then I woke up my heart was racing very fast even had a little pain.That lasted for about 10 minutes until it stopped. Any idea what it was?
