What Could Itchy Breast And Ribs Pain With Breathing Issues Suggest?

For 3 weeks I've had pain/internal itch under my right breast. It feels like it is behind my ribs/possibly in my lungs. Now it is starting to hurt when I breath especially in my rib area and now in my back as well. What could this be? I am 27 - Female - Normal Weight - No Known medical conditions.
