What Could Itchy Bumps On Vaginal Lips Suggest?

Hi, recently I've been getting really itchy around the rims of the lips of my vagina. It also stings to urinate. I have not had sex so I don't think it is a sexually transmitted disease. I even have a little bumps here and there resembling bug bites.
