What Could Itchy Vagina With White Discharge Suggest?

My vagina has been itching a lot. inside my vagina around my vaginal opening it has white discharge but it looks like your tongue does when it's dry (if that makes any sense--you know how your tongue looks like its kinda "breaking up" in some places.)
