What Could Itchy White Spots On Corner Of Lips Suggest?
hello sir...i have white spots at the corner of my lips since 15 years..now i was 25 years old...i have used many medicines for this but it did not cured completely....and i am getting itching around that place....please give me a suggestion for its recovery and tell me what was that disease....

As per your case-history you may be having vitiligo as the duration of disease is from 10 years.
My treatment advice is-
1. Apply tacrolimu 0.03% ointment twice daily.
2. Take multivitamin tablets (tab.supradyn) once at night.
3. For itching tab.Levocetrizine 5mg once at night.
