What Could Joint Pain With Loss Of Hair In Females Suggest?

I'm the mother of a 4 yr old little girl who by all appearances is happy and healthy. She eat well and makes healthy food choices. I don't know anything about her biological fathers family medical history, and recently shes been having moderate joint pain in her elbows and knees, and nausea, and now shes losing hair by the handful. She also gets nosebleeds rather easily. Her doctor doesn't have any openings until next month, what could be wrong with her?
