What Could Large, Hard Lump On Right Clavical Bone Of A Child Indicate?

Hi. My 9 year old daughter has a large hard lump on her right clavical bone. It feels like bone and does not move. Xray has already ruled out a fracture/break. We are scheduled for an MRI in two days. Her pediatrician doesn t seem to have any suggestions on what it may be. I m very nervous without knowing any possibilities?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is clinical silent of and it is since birth then this could be some congenital condition actually clinical observation would give some clue but it is most important to rule out some bony lesion and malignancy, and for that MRI is the best option, lets hope for the good, hope this information helps, take care.
