Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

Your chest X ray shows possible features of lung tuberculosis in let upper lobe. This can be fibrosis or cavity formation with granulomas. The entire findings can be known only on viewing the X ray. If you ever had tuberculosis in the past then you must compare it with the X ray features as seen in old X ray. If there is no change in X ray chest taken at least 6 months apart then there is no active disease. There no need to get worried with fitness to do job. You need to discuss the X ray findings with a pulmonologist and take breathing tests to know if you have decreased lung volumes. Most likely you do not have any tuberculosis focus if there are no symptoms like chronic cough, fever and weight loss.
