Hello my name is Tesh, my question I'm husband return home for a week from the military we had sex I had my period over a week ago & I had my tubes tied & burnt 8 yrs ago I notice now when I hav to it feel like I gotta pee but it act like it don't wanna come out it feels tinglely funny & I notice when I wipe myself it's light pink spotting blood my pee doesn't smell I don't have an odor please help what's wrong with my body & the lower part of my stomach is very tender especially where my ovaries are what to do

It appears to be postcoital bleeding. I would suggest a gynaecological evaluation of the lower genital tract to be on the safer side.Get an ultrasound examination done.
