What Could Little Black Dot On The Corner Of Eye Indicate?

Good morning, recently i noticed a little black dot in the corner of my 6 year old s eye. She doesnt complain about it. At first i thought she had something stukc in it, we tabbed it with a wet q-tip and it wouldnt budge. It is very tiny and on the i believe tear duct (the little pink ball in the inner corner of the eye)
