What Could Little Green Specks Under The Testicles With Lumps Around Them Indicate?

I have little green specks under my testicles, yellow goo-like material, and grey goo-like material. I also have strange lumps all over my testicles, they look puss filled but I m not sure, I have pretty severe health paranoia and it is really, and I mean really driving me crazy, what could it be?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome.

It is difficult to say without an examination but conditions like a yeast infection, herpes, HPV, etc; all need to be adequately ruled out.

Please visit your doctor for a physical examination that includes a swab sent to the labiratory, urine analysis, urine culture and sensitivity and an STD-panel.

In the meantime, keep the region dry and clean, change your inner wear regularly, avoid sexual contact and masturbation, take a shower at least once a day, take several site baths with Epsom salt.

Best wishes.
