What Could Long-term Alcohol Use Causing Bloating, Back Pain, Heart Rhythm Issues, Reflux, Vomiting, Dizziness, Night Sweats, And Fear Of Death Indicate?

Hi, sir to be straight forward I have been drinking alcohol for the past ten years and now I have had already health issues. I feel bloating, back pain, heart rhythm issues,acid reflux, vomiting, dizziness, sudden wake up at night,fear of death,and night sweats. Please need your assistance sir.Thank you !
