What Could Low LDL Indicate?

I have a 219 total cholesterol LDL-132 and HDL-74. I was told at one point that my HDL is so high that my number is not anything to worry about. After my last visit they told me to watch my diet because my LDL is 132. Do you think i need to be concerned?

Yes, because when we see in totality, your total cholesterol and LDL are both high which is not good inspite of having a high HDL.

You should start eating healthy, a low fat diet (especially saturated fats from butter/ghee, milk cream, eggyolk, fatty meats must be avoided) and have a high fibre (include plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables as raw salads, oats etc) diet.

Try to increase physical activity (30-45 minutes of brisk walk atleast 5 times a week) and de-stress regularly to maintain good health. For more queries and clarifications if needed, you can always ask me again.
