What Could Low Platelet Count With Joint Pain Suggest?

I've had low platelets and was born without left kidney and malrotation of intestines and just had positive ana test and been having alot of pain in joints but other markers are negative.Not getting answer from my family doctor so going to see internal medicine doctor
