What Could Lower Back Pain Post Bladder Stone Removal Indicate?

post bladder stone removal (located in a diverticulum0, stream steady and urine color clear, no uti. sometimes i strain while urinating to remove as mush urine as possible. PVR 59-129cc, 65 years old. since i feel some pain lower back am I overdoing it in order to avoid retention?

A sonography May be required to rule out cause of pain if no UTI is there. kindly consult a physician with reports for further treatment.
