What Could Lump On Upper Inner Thigh That Itches Be ?

Hi, I m an 18 year old female and have a rather large lump on my upper inner thigh. It s hard, and at first it was painful to the touch and a grayish color. This morning I woke up and it s really, really itchy, and red and purple along with grey. It hasn t grown or anything. What could this be?

better to consult dermatologist
dont touch it
avoid sweet food
apply antibiotic cream over it
for itching u can take cetrizine
