What Could Lumps Behind Knee With Pain In Thigh?

i have seven hard lumps behind my knee on the right leg on the inside .i have pain in the calf knee and down the inside of the leg.along with pain in my thigh.i injured it while stepping down to walk.this happened 10 months ago .do you know what these lumps may be?

well, these are possibly neurofibromas or lipomas and these are all benign tumor-like conditions; not to worry much! never poke it as this may invite infection!

FNAC test can confirm the diagnosis.
