What Could Lumps In Rib Cage Suggest?

About 3 weeks ago I noticed a hard pea sized bump on my upper left side on my rib cage. It is noticeable just by looking and there is no discoloration and it does not hurt. Since I noticed this two more have started to develop around the same area. Could this be a sign of cancer? Or is there something else it could be?

Hello there...
Recently devloped pea size multiple swelling may not be normal in nature....
To get the ciz behind it...some form of investigation may required... like chest X ray and FNAC from lump to exclude cancer..
