1.The lumps in the neck on bilaterally suggests lymph nodal enlargement at first place followed by
thyroid swelling. Followed by any glandular or lipomatous.
2.Lymph nodal enlargement is seen in case of any infection / inflammation / malignancy and lymph nodal pathology itself (
lymphadenopathy)
3.The diagnosis can be done with the help of an
ultrasound neck, which helps to evaluate the nature of the lumps, its source and extensions.
4.For definitive diagnosis - an FNAC - fine needle aspiration cytology will help to evaluate the type of cells involved.
5.Sugget to get an appointment with your GP, examined,investigated and treated accordingly.
