What Could Lumps On Penis Suggest?

i have sometimes had spot like lumps on my penis since before i become sexually active,
since then i have had sex with my girlfriend alot, who has had previous partners.
i now have a similiar lump, slightly larger than usual. also my leg gland is in pain. is it possible that this is not a sexually transmitted disease?

Treatment-
After reviewing of your query facts,you seem to have recent infection from your genitals, which needs to be checked from your GP /Dermatologist to rule out the doubts of STD expressed by you.
This is needed urgently as your groin glands are in pain with the penile lump,which is larger than usual,which needs to be verified by physical check of the part and more details from your history.
Any other cause for this needs to be ruled which your doctor would take care of,as he would have first hand information,to which I don't have any access.
